Orivellane accepts online payments through its Shopify checkout.

Accepted payment methods

The following payment methods are currently enabled:

• Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro, and UnionPay

• Express checkout: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay

A payment option may appear only when it is available for your device, browser, and order. The methods shown at checkout are the methods available for your purchase.

Prices and charges

Product prices and the total amount payable are shown before you place your order. Standard shipping is free to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Any applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please review your order total before completing payment.

Payment processing

Payments are processed through Shopify checkout. If a payment is declined or cannot be authorized, your order may not be completed. For help with a declined card or wallet payment, please contact your bank or payment provider.

For your security, do not send your full card number or security code by email, live chat, or the contact form. Orivellane will not request those details through these channels.

Refunds

If a refund is approved under our Return & Refund Policy, we will initiate it to the original payment method used for the order. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit after the refund is initiated.
